Privacy policy
This policy explains what data SEOCheckHQ collects, why, and your choices. Contact us through the contact page.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, a hashed password (we cannot read your password), sign-in history with IP address and device type.
- Website data: the addresses you add, check results, and — when you build an article index — copies of your public article text and SEO tags.
- Connections: WordPress application passwords, your own AI API keys and Google access tokens, stored encrypted.
- Payments: payment orders, transaction references and receipts you upload.
- AI usage: which model was used, token counts and cost. The text sent to AI providers is limited to the website content needed for the task.
How we use it
To provide the service you asked for, keep it secure, process payments, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data.
Third parties
When you use AI, the needed website text is sent to the AI provider you or the platform selected (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Google). Google receives requests when you use Search Console or PageSpeed features. Email is sent through our email provider.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, personal data, websites, article copies, backups and connections are deleted. Payment and wallet records are kept as long as accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can download all your data and delete your account from the Account page. You can disconnect Google, remove API keys and revoke WordPress application passwords at any time.
Security
Data is transferred over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed; keys and tokens are encrypted. Administrators cannot see your passwords or keys.
Cookies
We use one necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
