How an AI price is calculated
The AI provider charges by tokens (pieces of text). Before a task we count the text that will be sent and allow a maximum length for the answer. That gives the highest possible cost, which you confirm. The amount is held, the task runs, and you are charged the real cost — usually less — and never more than you confirmed.
Payments
Credits are added after we confirm that your payment arrived. A screenshot alone is not enough; we match the transaction ID with our account statement. During the private beta, credit purchases are not open yet; the administrator adds credits for testers.
See the refund policy for refunds of unused credit.
